Located on a cliff side position, the house commands fantastic views over the beach, the wonderful 17th century castle of Sao Joao do Arde and the new yacht marina of Portimao. Situated within easy walking distance of the village square, a number of fantastic local beaches and very close to the communal heated pool where you can take advantage of the sun loungers and pool side bar.

• A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to the sart of your holiday. A security deposit of £150 against damage, painting, repairs or any cleaning (over and above what would normally would be expected) is required with the final balance payment as is refundable after departure.
