A spacious 4 bedroom villa set on a quiet road in Carvoeiro, Through the entrance hall of the villa there are stairs leading up to a spare bedroom/study and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The villa comprises of a Master Bedroom with full ensuite and separate WC which has doors opening onto a large terrace, there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request. The comfortable lounge has Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and a selection of books for you to enjoy, there is also a wood burner ideal for winter lets. The living room patio doors open onto a large terrace with table and chairs and BBQ area - ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a separate dining room with seating for 8. There is a fully fitted kitchen which comprises of a cooker/hob, microwave and dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine. The villa has fabulous mature gardens and a walled private pool  with sun loungers ideal for adults and children and in the gardens you will also find a lovely court yard and fish pond along with a garage and plenty of space for parking. All of the rooms are set on the ground floor so very accessible.

• Long term winter lets are possible - price for long term winter lets is negotiable
• Please ask for discounts on rentals for 3+ weeks  
• Change over day is flexible
• 30% deposit (non refundable) is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
• A security deposit of £150 against damage and repairs is to be paid with the balance and is refundable after departure.
